1. Use of Service

KidShield is designed for parents and legal guardians to monitor and protect their children. You agree to use this service only on devices owned by you or for which you have legal authority.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use KidShield for "stalking" or monitoring adults without their explicit consent. Any illegal use of the software will result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our AI is highly advanced, no filtering software is 100% perfect. KidShield is a tool to assist parental supervision, not a replacement for it.
